Booking & Cancellation Policy

Our instructors/therapists have varying availability and manage the scheduling of their private sessions on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be advised that submitting a booking request through our website does not guarantee the instructor/therapist’s availability for that particular time.

If a requested appointment conflicts with an instructor/therapist’s existing schedule or results in a double booking, the studio will contact you prior to your appointment to assist with rescheduling. We will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and, whenever possible, at least 48 hours before the start of your scheduled appointment.

We do not require a deposit to book an appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee, and no-call/no-shows are subject to an $85 fee. Any applicable fee will be charged to the card on file at the start of your scheduled appointment time.
